The Milwaukee Police Department is asking for assistance locating two missing children. The missing children, Delilah S. Berry, age five, and her brother, Dalontae B. Berry, age three, should be in the company of their mother’s boyfriend, Emmanuel T Stevens (B/M, 11/09/1990). He should be driving an older model, green, 2-door, Ford Explorer with a black passenger side fender and rear tinted windows, with unknown Wisconsin plates. They were last seen on July 30 at 9:40am in the 2800 block of W. Kilbourn Avenue. Stevens is known to frequent the area of N. 3rd St and W. Ring St, on Milwaukee’s North Side. At this point we do not believe the children are in any immediate danger and are looking for a safe return to their mother.
Delilah is 48 pounds, with black hair, a slim build and last seen wearing a grey t-shirt and blue jeans. She has a dark complexion and wears in her hair in small ponytails.
Dalontae is 40 pounds, with black hair, and last seen wearing a red tank top and red shorts. He has a light complexion and a messy Afro.
If anyone sees Stevens, the vehicle or the children, they are asked to call the Milwaukee Police Department Sensitive Crimes Division at 935-7401 or the District Three Police Station at 935-7232. A photo of the Stevens and children are below.
