Three suspects are arrested by officers from District Two of the Milwaukee Police Department shortly after the suspects robbed a victim at gunpoint. Officers responded to the 2000 block of W. Scott Street at about 5:30 p.m. on February 9 for a report of an armed robbery. The victim, a 19-year-old man, was walking on the sidewalk when he was approached by three suspects. One of the suspects pulled out a handgun, pointed it at the victim, and demanded his cell phone and wallet. The victim complied with the demands and the suspects fled from the scene on foot. Responding officers in the area located and arrested all three of the suspects within 25 minutes of the crime. One of the suspects had the exact amount of money on him that was stolen from the victim. Another suspect had the victim’s cell phone. The suspects are a 15-year-old male, an 18-year-old man, and a 20-year-old man, all from Milwaukee. MPD will present charges to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office in the coming days.
