Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that injured three people in the 500 block of N. 29th Street around 8:40 p.m. on August 22. The initial investigation reveals after a physical fight at least one subject began shooting at people in the area. A 22-year-old male victim received a non-fatal gunshot injury and was conveyed to a local hospital by the Milwaukee Fire Department. The second victim, a 22-year-old female, received a graze wound and was treated on the scene by MFD. The third victim, a 32-year-old male, received a serious gunshot injury. He was conveyed to the hospital by a friend and is expected to survive. It is unclear if the shooting victims were involved in the earlier fight. Milwaukee Police continue to seek a suspect(s) in the shooting.
