Two teenage suspects are arrested by officers from District Three of the Milwaukee Police Department after an alert neighbor called police. Officers responded to the 2400 block of N. 9th Street at approximately 1:30 pm on June 11 after a citizen called police and said she saw unknown subjects entering a neighbor’s house. When officers arrived, they noticed two males attempting to pick up a large television that belonged to the house that was broken into. When one of the subjects saw police, he began to run but after a brief foot chase was taken into custody. One of the suspects confessed to breaking into the house and stealing the television and another electronic device. The suspects are a 15-year-old Milwaukee male and a 16-year-old Milwaukee male. The case will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office in the coming days.
