Officers from District Six of the Milwaukee Police Department arrested two armed robbery suspects after they stole property from a victim. The victim, a 33-year-old Milwaukee man, told police he was walking in the 1300 block of W. Dakota Street at approximately 11:20 p.m. on September 14 when he was approached by two suspects. One of the suspects, who he recognized, started to assault him and stole property from him. The other suspect stood by and watched before both fled on foot. The victim and a family member told responding officers the home the suspects could be found in and they were taken into custody in the 2900 block of S. 14th Street. The suspects are a 17-year-old Milwaukee male and a 12-year-old Milwaukee male. The charges against the suspects will be presented to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office in the coming days.
