Suspects Arrested with Stolen Guns, More Than 400 Grams of Marijuana

Milwaukee Police Department District Two officers arrested two suspects, who had stolen guns and more than 400 grams of marijuana on them, following a traffic stop on Milwaukee’s South Side. The officers were on patrol around 2:00 a.m. on April 17 in the 1600 block of W. Windlake Avenue when they saw a car with a defective light. They stopped the car and smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle. The occupants inside the car each had stolen handguns on them as well as 481 grams of marijuana between them. The suspects, two 18-year-old men, also had on them items that didn’t belong to them, including jewelry, a woman’s wallet, and a man’s wallet with an identification card. The suspects face potential charges of Possession with Intent to Deliver-THC and Carrying a Concealed Weapon. MPD will present this case to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office in the coming days.
