Milwaukee Police officers have arrested a 16-year-old Milwaukee male for his involvement in three armed robberies. The arrest came after the suspect robbed the Little Caesars restaurant in the 2900 block of S. Chase Avenue around 9:45 pm on December 18. Witnesses say the suspect came in with a BB gun and demanded money before fleeing. Alert officers located the suspect and an accomplice, a 20-year-old Milwaukee man, a few blocks away at a bus stop near the 3100 block of S. Howell Avenue and arrested them. When taken in for questioning, the 16-year-old male admitted to being the gunman in a robbery at a Speedway gas station in the 3800 block of S. 84th Street on December 8 and part of the armed robbery at a George Webb restaurant in the 2000 block of W. Mitchell Street on October 30.
The 16-year-old suspect also confessed to participating in two other armed robberies in other jurisdictions. The case will be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office in the coming days.
