Known Suspect Sought in March 17 West Side Homicide, Shooting

The Milwaukee Police are investigating a homicide that happened around 12:05 a.m. on March 17 in the 2600 block of N. 19th Street. During circumstances that remain under investigation, a 23-year-old Milwaukee man suffered a gunshot wound inside a residence. He was able to leave the residence but collapsed a few houses to the north where he died despite lifesaving efforts. A 17-year-old male was also shot in the residence but was able to leave and go to the area of 2700 N. 11th Street where he called for help. He was transported to a local hospital for what is believed to be a non-life threatening injury.  MPD is currently seeking a known 39-year-old male suspect.  Our investigation into this incident is ongoing.
