Milwaukee Police arrested six suspects for their role in an armed robbery on the East Side. District One officers were dispatched to a report of the robbery in the 1900 block of E. Park Place at about 1:20 a.m. on October 13. Officers talked to the victim, a 21-year-old Milwaukee man, who told them he was walking when two suspects approached him and demanded his belongings. One of the suspects implied a weapon and both suspects took his cell phone, laptop, book bag and other belongings before they fled on foot. The victim was able to give officers a detailed description of the car the suspects were using and shortly after 3:00 a.m. District Five officers located that vehicle in the 2700 block of N. Buffum Street. Officers located six suspects inside the car and took them into custody. Several of the stolen items taken in the earlier robbery were found in the vehicle. The suspects are two 15-year-old males, three 18-year-old men, and a 20-year-old man. Milwaukee Police will present the case to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office in the coming days.
