Irving Place around 2:20 p.m. on February 22 after a witness saw the suspect rummaging through a van. Responding officers located the man in the 1600 block of E. Irving Place and took him into custody. The suspect, a 32-year-old Milwaukee man, is believed to have committed at least nine similar crimes in the past week in District One.
