Milwaukee Police are currently investigating a critical missing case of a mentally handicapped 58-year-old black male who is not very communicative. He also is a severe diabetic who relies on insulin and is past due for his dose.
Thomas E. Jones was last seen this morning about 9 a.m. at his home near 19th and Capitol Dr. and the family reported him missing at 3:30 p.m. Squads have been searching for him since then. The family has no current photos. According to the family he is home-bound and they have no idea where he might go. They say he does not know how to navigate the city or find his way home.
Jones is 5’06″ tall, 200 lbs., medium complexion. Short, dark, receding hair with flecks of grey. He has no teeth. He was last seen wearing a brown T-Shirt with red writing, black jeans and brown shoes. The family says he has a dishevelled look to him.
