Milwaukee Police arrested a suspect who fired a shot at a vehicle during a dispute over a parking space. District Five officers were dispatched to the 3800 block of N. Port Washington Avenue just before 10:00 a.m. on November 4. The officers met with two victims, a 21-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman, who said their neighbor fired a shot at their vehicle after the group got into an argument over parking. The gunshot did not hit the vehicle that was occupied by five children ranging in age from one to eight. The suspect, a 26-year-old Milwaukee woman, was taken into custody and confessed to the incident. Police also recovered the gun that she used to fire the shot. Milwaukee Police will present this case to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office in the coming days.
