Officers Respond to Several Shootings/Homicide on January 11

Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that happened on Thursday, January 11th, around 3:25 p.m. in the 2700 block of N. 6th Street.  An 18-year old Milwaukee man was shot during circumstances yet to be determined.  He suffered a serious injury and was transported to a local hospital.  The investigation is ongoing and MPD continues to seek suspects.

Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that happened at 5:30 pm, in the 2600 block of N. 44th St.  The victim, a 28-year-old male, sustained a non-life-threatening injury and  was taken to an area hospital.   MPD personnel are continuing their investigation and seeking to identify the suspect(s) involved in this incident.

Milwaukee Police are investigating a homicide that happened at approximately 8:35pm, in the 4100 block of W. Hadley Street.  The victim in the incident is a 31-year-old male.   The motive for the shooting is undetermined at this time.  MPD personnel are continuing their investigation and seeking to identify the suspect(s) involved in this incident.

Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that happened in the 4600 block of W. Concordia Avenue at approximately 10:45pm.  The victim, a 19-year-old male, is being treated at a local hospital and is in stable condition.  The shooting appears to be drug-related.   MPD personnel are continuing their investigation and seeking to identify the suspect(s) involved in this incident.

Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that happened in the 1600 block of N. 17th St. at approximately 11:15pm.  Victim one is a 30-year-old male, victim two is a 23-year-old female.  Both victims sustained non-life threatening injuries and are being treated at area hospitals.  The motive for the shooting is unknown at this time.    MPD personnel are continuing their investigation and seeking to identify the suspect(s) involved in this incident.
