MPD Seeks Cell Phone Store Robbery Suspects

Milwaukee Police are asking the public to help identify three armed robbery suspects who are accused of robbing the Verizon Wireless store at 300 E. Wisconsin Avenue around 1:15 p.m. on November 24, 2015.

The first suspect entered the store and posed as a customer. The other two suspects, armed with pistols, went into the store a few minutes later and approached an employee at the register. They ordered the employee to open a safe where several cell phones were kept. Those two suspects removed the phones from the safe while the third suspect acted as a lookout. All three suspects then fled from the scene on foot.

Suspect #1 is described as a black male, 5’8”-5’9” tall, with a light complexion. He was last seen wearing a gray sweater, black jeans, and white shoes.

Suspect #2 is described as a black male, 5’10”-6’ tall, with a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a black down vest, a gray hooded sweatshirt, and black jeans.

Suspect #3 is described as a black male, 5’9”-5’10” tall, with a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black jeans, and black shoes. Both suspect #2 and suspect #3 wore black masks covering the lower half of their faces.
