MPD Seeking Information on East Side Robbery Suspect

The Milwaukee Police Department is seeking information on the identity of the suspect responsible for the July 11 armed robbery at the Murray Pantry, located at 2430 N. Murray Street.

The suspect entered the business shortly after 8 p.m, grabbed merchandise, and placed it on the counter. The suspect then produced a utility knife, jumped over the counter, and demanded money from the clerk. The suspect took money from the register, jumped back over the counter, and fled the store.

The suspect is described as a black male in his mid-20′s, 5’1″ to 5’4″, slim to medium build, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and blue jeans.
