Milwaukee Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a critical missing 66-year-old man, Ronald C. Carthen (B/M, 9/13/1950), who suffers from diabetes and needs his medication.
Carthen was last seen on Friday, February 17 at approximately 6:45 a.m. in the 3600 block of S. 14th Street.
Carthen is described as 5’10″ tall, 170 pounds, with brown eyes, short black hair, and a medium build.
Carthen was last seen wearing a black hat, black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black gym shoes.
Carthen is driving a 2003, Pontiac SEI, Grand AM, Silver in color, 4 door – sedan, Wisconsin Auto Plate: 279-VWB.
