MPD Investigating Unrelated December 24 Shootings

The Milwaukee Police Department is currently investigating three unrelated shootings that occurred on Thursday, December 24th:

The first occurred around 8:20 p.m. in the 2300 block of W. Pierce Street.  The victim, a 24-year-old Milwaukee man, was shot while attempting to obtain narcotics.  He was transported to a local hospital by a friend where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.  MPD continues to search for suspect(s) and the circumstances regarding the matter remain under investigation.

The second occurred around 9:45 p.m. in the 4100 block of N. 104th Street.  The victim, a 25-year-old Milwaukee man, was shot and was conveyed by the Milwaukee Fire Department to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. MPD continues to search for suspect(s)  and the circumstances regarding the matter remain under investigation.

The third occurred around 10:05 p.m. in the 4300 block of W. Thurston Avenue. The victim, a 27-year-old Milwaukee man, was shot as the result of an ongoing argument. MPD continues to search for suspect(s) and the circumstances regarding the matter remain under investigation.
