The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating several unrelated shootings on October 25:
Around 8:25 p.m., MPD officers responded to the 2200 block of W. Stark Street to investigate a shooting. The victim states he was shot while being robbed by two subjects. The Milwaukee Fire Department treated and conveyed the 27-year-old male to a local hospital. He was treated for a non-life threatening injury. MPD continues to search for a suspect.
Around 9:00 p.m., a 30-year-old male victim arrived at a local hospital suffering from a gunshot wound. The preliminary investigation revealed he was in the area of N. 24th and W. Center Streets when a vehicle drove past and fired several gunshots at him. The victim was treated for a non-life threatening injury. MPD continues to search for a suspect.
Around 9:10 p.m., MPD officers responded to a call of shots fired in the 800 block of N. 28th Street and found a 22-year-old male suffering from a non-fatal gunshot injury. The victim was vague regarding the events leading up to him being shot. He states that he was walking and heard gunshots, then realized that he was shot and called for help. He was transported and treated at a local hospital. MPD continues to search for a suspect.
