The Milwaukee Police are investigating a shooting that happened around 12:50 a.m. on October 10 in the 200 block of W. Lincoln Avenue. A 35-year-old Milwaukee man was shot during an altercation with a tow truck driver that had just towed his vehicle. The driver of the tow truck realized he was being followed and drove to the District Two Police Station where the altercation occurred. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of a non-life threatening injury. The shooter, a 27-year-old Milwaukee man, remained on scene and is cooperating with our investigation and investigators did recover a firearm.
