The Milwaukee Police are investigating a serious injury crash that happened around 7:40 p.m. on July 31 near N. 42nd Street and W. Fairmount Avenue. A stolen 2012 Toyota Camry northbound on N. 42nd Street disregarded a stop sign and collided with a 2005 Chrysler 300 that was westbound on W. Fairmount Avenue. The Chrysler then struck a 2008 Infiniti that was stopped at the stop sign facing southbound. The stolen Camry came to rest against a home on the northwest corner.
The occupants of the stolen Camry, a 16-year-old male and unknown age male suffered very serious injuries. The occupants of the Chrysler, an 18-year-old male and a 29-year-old male, suffered what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries. The two adult males in the Infiniti were not injured and remained on scene. The injured are currently being treated at a local hospital and our investigation into this crash is ongoing.
