A convicted felon is arrested by District Five officers from the Milwaukee Police Department after he is found at the scene of his most recent crime. Officers were dispatched to a business in the 4200 block of N. Holton Street at about 1:15 a.m. on October 10 for a report of a burglary. When officers arrived they noticed damage to the glass door of the building and areas inside that were ransacked. While searching the building, officers found the suspect hiding outside in some bushes with a hammer and took him into custody. The suspect is a 24-year-old Milwaukee man and is a convicted felon. He was found guilty of a burglary in 2012. The Milwaukee Police Department will present the case to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office in the coming days.
