May 16th, 2018 by milwaukeepolice

Milwaukee Police had a very special visitor this afternoon (May 15, 2018). 8-year-old Rosalyn is on a mission to hug police officers in all 50 states. She made Wisconsin her 29th state visited today. She hugged officers from both MPD and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Police Department. Officers from both agencies gave Rosalyn some gifts including a stuffed animal, stickers, and a coloring book. One of Rosalyn’s mottos is “Hug a cop today—They may save your life tomorrow.” You can learn more about Rosalyn’s journey at Thank you Rosalyn for making this day extra special for our brave men and women!
