Chief Flynn Describes Investigation into Homicide of 13-year-old Boy

Milwaukee Police Chief Edward A. Flynn today met with media outlets, a day after meeting with representatives of the family of Darius Simmons, the NAACP, Milwaukee Urban League and the faith-based community.

Simmons was shot and killed May 31, 2012 in front of his home in the 1900 block of W. Arrow. There has been much misinformation reported by media outlets of police conduct and procedure during the investigation. Chief Flynn shared the facts with the community groups, family representatives and with the media. Watch and listen for yourselves:
