Four suspects are arrested by Milwaukee Police after a citizen noticed them breaking into a business. A District Five squad car was flagged down by a citizen near N. 2nd Street and W. Locust Street at about 1:45 a.m. on September 12. The citizen told the officers a business in the 2900 block of N. Holton Street was currently being burglarized. When officers arrived, they found a board on the front of the business had been pried away and a window was broken. Inside the building, the officers saw four suspects drop bags they had filled with stolen merchandise. The suspects were taken into custody and are identified as a 14-year-old male, an 18-year-old man, a 24-year-old man, and a 25-year-old man, all from Milwaukee. The case against the suspects will be presented to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office in the coming days.
